What is HubSpot Operations Hub
(now also called Data Hub)?

HubSpot Operations Hub — which HubSpot renamed and expanded to Data Hub at INBOUND 2025 — is HubSpot’s data and operations software. It does two-way data sync between HubSpot and your other apps, automatic data-quality cleanup (deduping, formatting), programmable (custom-code) automation for the things standard workflows can’t do, and shared datasets for reporting. It’s the layer that keeps your data clean and connected behind the scenes — the backbone of good RevOps.
