Quova University was spending millions on student recruitment and losing leads at every stage. No CRM, no nurture, no international agent visibility. Amroar built the Salesforce ecosystem that connected every touchpoint — from first click to enrolled student.

View CRM Integration WorkQuova's admissions team was handling 12,400+ annual enquiries across four countries — manually. No CRM. No nurture. No agent visibility. Millions in recruitment spend with no idea what was actually converting.
Before Amroar, Quova had no visibility into this funnel at all. They couldn't measure drop-off at any stage, couldn't identify which channels performed, and couldn't automate a single touchpoint. Every number below is now live in Salesforce dashboards — updated in real time.
Implemented Salesforce Education Cloud with the full Education Data Architecture (EDA) — the purpose-built Salesforce data model for higher education. Every prospective student, applicant, offer holder, and enrolled student now lives in a single Salesforce record. The EDA account-contact model links students to their households, their programme, their intake year, and their assigned advisor. Admissions, marketing, student services, and the international team are all looking at the same record — with role-based views so each team sees what they need.
Implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Journey Builder to create programme-specific nurture journeys for every prospective student from the moment they enquire. A domestic undergraduate enquiry receives a different 12-touch sequence than a postgraduate international student — tailored content, timing, and channel mix for each segment. Open day registrants receive pre-event, day-of, and post-event sequences. Offer holders enter an 8-week nurture journey designed to build confidence and commitment before the enrollment deadline. All engagement scores feed back into Salesforce — so the admissions team knows exactly which students are warm enough to call.
Built a branded Salesforce Experience Cloud portal for Quova's 47 international recruitment agents. Agents log in, submit student applications directly into Salesforce (no more email), track the status of every student they've referred in real time, and see their commission pipeline automatically calculated from enrolled students. Quova's international team can see agent performance across every market — applications submitted, conversion rates, top-performing agencies — from a single Salesforce dashboard. The agent portal alone added 62% more international applications in the first enrollment cycle after launch.
Built a suite of Salesforce dashboards covering every dimension of Quova's student recruitment performance. The VC dashboard shows live enrollment progress against target for the current intake — broken down by programme, school, and geography. The marketing director sees channel attribution down to the campaign level. The international director sees real-time agent performance across every market. The admissions team gets an auto-generated daily list of offer holders who haven't confirmed — with engagement scores so they know who to call first. The weekly Monday morning reporting meeting, which previously required 3 hours of spreadsheet preparation, now runs from a live Salesforce screen.
Four Salesforce products. One connected recruitment operation. The numbers below happened in the first full enrollment cycle after go-live.
We were spending £2.1 million a year on student recruitment and genuinely didn't know what was working. We couldn't answer the most basic questions — which open day generates the most enrollments? Which agents are actually worth their commission? Which programme has the worst drop-off between offer and acceptance? Amroar gave us Salesforce and those answers became a daily report, not an annual mystery.
If your admissions team is managing thousands of enquiries from a shared inbox, your international agents are emailing applications in, and you have no idea which channels are actually converting — Salesforce can fix all of it. Book a free discovery session.
