HubSpot Data Architecture

Every property across the HubSpot portal was reviewed and redesigned from scratch. Duplicate fields were merged, labels standardized, and mappings corrected so that every team member — regardless of when they joined — sees the same data in the same format. The foundation that everything else depends on.

Lead Capture & Landing Pages

New forms were purpose-built for each marketing channel and user journey. Each one captures only what's necessary and maps it perfectly to the clean backend. HubSpot landing pages were rebuilt alongside the forms, giving the marketing team a self-service way to run campaigns without technical assistance every time.

Data Cleanup & Normalization

The entire CRM database was audited. Duplicate contacts merged. Invalid records removed. Field formats normalized across thousands of entries. This wasn't a surface clean — it was a full overhaul that gave the team a database they could actually run reports against and trust what came back.

Workflow Automation Rebuild

Every existing workflow was reviewed, documented, and rebuilt with clear enrollment rules and exit logic.
